Li, Sheng Jun

Li Shengjun, Han nationality, CPC member, was born in November 1958 in Pulandian City. He holds a Ph.D. degree in economics, and is currently the Secretary-General of the Party Committee and the Director-General of Dalian Local Taxation Bureau.

Li Shengjun served successively as the Deputy Division Chief of No.1 Tax Administration Division, No.2 Tax Administration Division, and General Affairs Division of Dalian Taxation Bureau; Deputy Director of No. 5 Branch Bureau of Dalian Taxation Bureau; Deputy Division Chief and Division Chief of No.1 Tax Administration Division; Deputy Director of Dalian Local Taxation Bureau and Party Committee member. Li Shengjun took office of Director-General in February 2008 and was appointed as the Secretary-General of the Party Committee in December 2009.

Li Shengjun is in charge of the overall work.

Wang' An Dong

Mr. Wang was born in Dalian City in May 1962, Han nationality. Mr. Wang holds a Ph.D. degree in economics. Wang is the Deputy Director General of Dalian Local Taxation Bureau and a Party member.

Profile: Wang had worked as the Secretary of the Youth League of DLTB, Deputy Director and Director of Zhong Shan District Branch Bureau of DLTB, Assistant Director of DLTB. Since June 2000, Wang became one of the Party Committee members of DLTB. Since July 2000, Wang took office as Deputy Director of DLTB.

Responsible for: the work of Audit Division, Division of Business Income Tax, Taxation Inspectorate, General Office of Party Committee, Service Center of Taxation. Assist Li Shengjun Secretary of party group and director general of the Bureau in their routine work, presiding over all the routine work when he is entrusted.

Li, Er Gong

Mr. Li was born in province of Jilin in September 1963, Han nationality. Mr. Li holds a Ph.D. degree in economics. Li is the Deputy Director of Dalian Local Taxation Bureau and the Party member.

Since July 2003, Li took office of Deputy Director of DLTB and the Party member.

Liu, Wen Gui

Mr. Liu was born in Gaizhou City, Province of Liaoning, in September 1954, Han nationality. Mr. Liu holds a Master degree in finance. Liu is the Deputy Director of DLTB and the Party member.

Since July 2003, Liu took office as Deputy Director of Dalian Local Taxation Bureau and the Party member.

Zhang,Yu

Zhang was born in Dalian in December 1963,han nationality. As a senior auditor, Zhang holds master degree from Liaoning Provincial Party School and from Northeastern University of Finance and Economics. Zhang is now a party member of DLTB Party Committee and is the Chief of Disciplinary Inspection Group of DLTB.  

Profile: Prior to his current job, Zhang first worked as the Deputy Chief and Chief of Division of Audit for Commerce, Grain and Foreign Trade, Division of Foreign Capital Usage of Dalian Auditing Bureau. Later, Zhang was the Division Chief of Fixed Assets Investment Auditing Department, and Director of Dalian Disciplinary and Inspection Bureau Letter and Visit Office Reporting Center. He took the current position since June 2008.

Liu,Bin

Male，Han Nationality, CPC member. Liu was born in October 1956 in Dalian, Liaoning Province. He has Master degree from Central Party School. Liu is the Deputy Inspector of DLTB.

Profile: Prior to the Deputy Inspector, Liu has worked in Dalian Personnel Bureau Organization Office as Deputy Division Chief, LTB Local Tax Second Division as Deputy Division Chief and Division Chief, DLTB Personnel and Education Division Chief. On December 21, 2008, Liu was promoted to Deputy Inspector of DLTB.

Responsible for: the work of Information Center of Taxation Research, Dalian International Seminar of Taxation, Association of Certified Tax Agents; Assist Li Shengjun secretary of party group and Liu Wengui vice director of Tax Bureau of their work.

Zhang, Pu Kai

Zhang was born in Pulandian, Liaoning Provincie in June 1960. Zhang holds college degree and master degree in economics from the Central Party School. Zhang was appointed as the Chief Economist of DLTB and Director of the Direct Subsidiary Bureau of DLTB since June 2008.
