Science and Technology Division

Science and Technology Division is a functional department under the municipal bureau, it is responsible for planning, construction and administration of the tax management information system.

Functions:

1. To draft informatization work program, plan, annual work tasks and summaries.
2. To manage both of the establishment and items construction in the informatization projects.
3. To administrate the relevant regulations, provisions and management methods of informatization work. To inspect and evaluate the work in the whole system.
4. To provide training to the technological persons in computer applications, evaluate and assess the qualification.
5. To manage the informatization security administration.
6. To administrate the electronic data application, safety and evaluation management. Coordinate the collection and exchanges of external electronic data.
7. To draft information construction budget and maintenance budget in daily run.
8. To administrate the fixed-asset investment in computers and network equipments(including equipment deploy standard set up, procurement approval application, equipment allocation and scrap report )
9. Other tasks assigned by the leaders.
