Functions:

1. To manage local tax registration operation for the taxpayer, tax liabilities person and acting agent (in exclusion of foreign funded enterprises-solely funded, jointly funded and jointly operated) accounts in its jurisdiction;
2. To manage accounts of taxpayer and tax liabilities person in its jurisdiction;
3. To process tax payment application and collection;
4. To provide instructions to the taxpayer and liabilities person to establish a complete tax payment process and system;
5. To evaluate tax payment, calculate and settle tax payment bills, manage invoices, investigate tax sources, publicize tax laws, provide tax services, release policy announcement, double check tax quotas, clear tax arrearage, examine and check leak taxpayers;
6. To process procedures for tax reductions and exemptions, tax postponement;
7. To organize and supervise tax inspection work in its jurisdiction;
8. To conduct ordinary and specific item check over taxpayers and to impose penalty to illegitimate acts;
9. To undertake other works that the city bureau has assigned.
