The Tax Payment Service Center of DLTB

The Tax Payment Service Center of DLTB (Electronic Tax Supporting Center), according to the authority of the city bureau, takes the responsibilities of comprehensive management and t coordination over tax payment operation.

Functions:

1. To implement regulations of upper level authorities on tax services.
2. To establish overall planning, regulations and annual work plan of tax services within the whole system and supervise the implementation.
3. To organize, coordinate and evaluate tax service operation within the whole system.
4. To plan, coordinate and manage the publicizing work for local tax laws, rules and regulations (not including news report and editing of the Taxpayer.).
5. To establish the standard for service office buildings (rooms) including the construction standard, functions, window layout and performance review.
6. To plan, manage and maintain the local tax homepage.
7. To manage the daily operation of “12366” tax service telephone hotline.
8. To maintain the contents of the out website “Top Chinese Tax Blog” and also the inside website “Tax Payment Service”.
9. To charge of the training and evaluation of the whole tax payment system.
10. To take the statistics and analysis of how the tax payment runs.  
11. To accomplish other tasks assigned by the city bureau.
