Retired Cadres Administration Division
The Retired Cadres Administration Division is a functional department of the municipal bureau. It is responsible for service and management of the retired cadres.
Functions:
- To manage and serve for the needs of the bureau’s retired cadres.
- To instruct basic level units to manage the retired cadres affairs.
- To take care of the salary payment of the retired cadres in cooperation with related departments.
- To supervise and check the implementation in basic level units of retired cadres policies.
- To collect and listen to suggestions and proposals for taxation work from the retired cadres on a regular basis.
- To help the cadres with their social living and organize various activities helpful to their health.
- To manage the retired cadres archive documentation together with related departments.
- To gather information on the cadres health, and to help them arrange regular physical checks.
- To undertake other works that the bureau leadership has assigned
