Party Committee and the Office of Party Committee

The Office is the administrative body of the municipal bureau’s party committee. It is responsible for the system’s party work, political thoughts work and social construction of spirituality. Under the leadership of the committee, the office manages and organizes the party’s daily affairs and work of grassroots and societies.

Functions:

1) To organize and carry out the resolution spirit and the work deployment that upper level party authorities have made; check and supervise the implementation at basic level units.

2) To lead party work according to the jurisdiction arrangement of the party system.

3) To carry on supervision and education to the party member, grow potential party members.

4) To organize theories study among the leadership group and officials ranking above the division chief. Establish a learning organization and build up a healthy local tax administration culture through various campaigns.

5) To organize the whole system’s social construction in spirituality. Establish models and give award to the model units and individuals. Strengthen supervision to the model civilization units.

6) To organize constant political thoughts programs and deepen education and inspection, supervision in on basic level unit work.

7) To assist bureau party group and affiliated societies and cooperate with human resource authorities in evaluation of leader and personnel performance, participate in democratic evaluation and provide suggestions.

8) To lead the bureau’s labor union and the youth league and support these organizations to conduct their work independently.

9) To lead and organize social beneficiary activities, law education and promotion programs and build up harmonious society.  

10) To undertake other works that the bureau leadership has assigned.
