The Disciplinary Inspection Office

The Disciplinary Inspection Office is a functional department in the municipal bureau. It is responsible for conducting the bureau’s disciplinary inspection and supervision work for supervising the bureau and conducting inspections of the bureau’s discipline.

Functions:

1. To supervise and inspect the enforcement in the local tax system of anti-corruption and clean government regulations made by upper level authorities and, enforcement of the state tax laws, rules and regulations and policies.
2. To process reports and accusations of tax authorities and tax staff for their illegitimate or improper behaviors and, process statements and appeals from the staff who are penalized by political and disciplinary rules.
3. To investigate and handle the illegitimate and improper conduct of tax authorities and tax staff.
4. To organize and carry out the cause of clean government and clean industry administration atmosphere.
5. To organize and carry out local tax system party construction and education.  
6. To monitor and check the system’s implementation of the party construction, clean government etc.
7. To participate and coordinate in the social construction of the clean government; work out tax inspection regulations and norms, implementation and supervision.
8. To assist related departments in leader performance audit during and after their tenure; conduct leader evaluation for promotion; large volume goods procurement management.
9. To undertake other works that the bureau leadership has assigned.
