Corporate Income Tax Division

The Division is a functional department of the municipal taxation bureau. It is responsible for policy guidance and tax collection administration for Corporate Income Tax.

Functions:

1. To provide guidance and management over the collection of Corporate Income Tax.
2. To take care of the annual settlement of Corporate Income Tax collection and tax arrearage.
3. To examine, approve, and report items concerning tax exemptions, tax deductions and deduction items before tax payment of Corporate Income Tax.
4. To conduct research, survey and training over the implementation of Corporate Income Tax collection.
5. To conduct tax source investigation, income monitoring, statistics and analysis work.
6. To communicate and coordinate with related departments on implementation of Corporate Income Tax polices.
7. To raise proposals on administration of Corporate Income Tax collection according to the traits of the tax type and to the needs of the collection opration.
8. To undertake other works that the bureau leadership has assigned.
